1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

2. Return Request Time

Customers must raise a return request within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional offers may not be eligible for return unless they are damaged or incorrect. Customized or special-order products are non-returnable.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for size issues or defective products, subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be provided.

6. Return Shipping

In case of damaged or incorrect items, we may arrange reverse pickup or reimburse return shipping charges. For other cases, return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
